I cant get past the loading bar

Sadly, I can't play COX as of yet. I have been spending approximately 10 hours the last few days searching for any tidbit I could use to make it work. I have literally tried everything but the end result is the same.

I can't get past the loading bar. I have patched and everything is on the up and up, firewall specs, router checked, NCsoft forum technical issues have been scouted out alongside googled for any help I could find out there. But sadly nothing helps.

Until I have the time to reinstall my windows vista I wont be in the game...

My Lotro sub for some peculiar reason works fine alongside a WoW trial I tested for COX reasons...

I have sent NCsoft a ticket with my problems so hopefully they will return soon with some kind of news...

I will be in lotro until then... -.-

Gah, too early to be celebrating. apparently my game account name and password does not like eachother. So I changed/reset it in my PlayNC account. and they STILL do not like eachother... *grumbles*

We had this problem with my bro.

Basically, instead of resetting the PlayNC account, go into the CoH portion of your account and then reset the CoH password specifically.

Then go from there. Hope that works...

Just keep at it! Remember we had the same trouble getting in last time you tried logging in at my place, but we got it in the end!

Aw bloody 'ell. NCSoft is a right nightmare when it comes to account admin pages. Yesterday the website wouldn't acceopt my perfectly good credit card with over over 300€ worth of money on it. Luckilly I had an errand to run in the evening which by ublikely coincidene ran me right past a games shop. So I got myself a time card for CoX.
