Issue 11: Good news!

Something we've wanted is being looked at in the next patch, it seems: We're getting to customize our weapons! They don't say WHEN this patch is arriving though, but oooh I am intrigued.

This sounds pretty freaking cool. Its good to see an MMO making such positive steps forward.

That's one of the advantages of coming into an MMO this late, I feel. The GAME as such is *done* already...they are taking time to adding more little details that simply enhance the experience, rather than rushing new zones, classes, skills, whatever.

I may cry now.

A chance for Sack to have heavenly armour AND a pair of swords? Invincibility would stay, I think, although Willpower sounds fairly awesome... but the dual-blades just sounds fantastic, and rather fitting to an antediluvian Nephilim.

On the other hand... I can now port my level 30-something over from Defiant, should I choose, and customize his broadsword.

I dunno. I guess I'll stick with Sack for now, but if dual blades is FREAKIN' AWESOME... I may be forced to re-roll. Gutting.

This may pass, but I'm a lickle bit disappointed.

I've been THIS close to rerolling Jet as well, really...but I think I'll just wait for a respec.

To the best of my knowledge, a respec only allows you to start as if from level one, it doesn't let you pick new powersets.

Having said that... we'll have to see how it turns out. *grins*
