CoX offers a feature that allows you to set a global chat handle that people can contact you on no matter which character you're on (whether this works across Villains and Heroes as well, I do not know yet). The chat handle can be sert manually from your chat-options.
Let us know what your handle is here so we can get a list for easy access. I'll update the list as people are added.

Bear in mind, I am NOT asking for your character names. I'm asking for the chat handle. ^^ The global name one can ALWAYS contact you on when you're online, no matter the character.
