Powers: Capable of stealing the souls of the dying (the bond of the souls in healthy people is too strong). He also knows the art of the assassin as well as binding Ninja to his service. He is capable of forming soul contracts binding people to him reasulting in his mark appearing somewhere on the body of the individual through which he can focus sensations of pain, pleasure, heat and cold so as to reward or discipline his minions.
Background: Has spent the last thousand years imprisoned in a statue that was recently on display in a nearby museum were the seal of his prison was broken.
While he is not actually the Lord of the Oni, he was witness to the original Lord's demise over a thousand years ago, and since his re-awakening and escape, he has chosen to name himself as the new Shukun and to free other Oni and to force them to acknowledge his self chosen title.
