The Cartel Initiative (Very Casual)

Postby Lirandel » Tue Jan 27, 2009 1:02 am

So. I had an idea. Why not dress up in fancy colors, suits and take on the Mastermind Class for RP.

What I am thinking is that five or more persons with mobs standing around doing shady business in Pocked D or better yet conducting shady business meetings. The characters in question would be dressed in different flamboyant colors yet all wearing the slightly same suit and hat, yeah the works. A real Mafia nutjob. We could say the outset would be around "Orange Ordeal" And the name tags could be as simple as Mr. Green, black, purple, blue. red and the list goes on and on.

It should be an initiative for RP. Therefore once a week or somesuch. What do you think?

I am thinking thursdays for an hour or two, depending on how much time we have ;)

Just another idea ;)

Smashing idea, count in Orange Ordeal. :D Dibs on orange (well, duh), and Thugs is indeed his chosen field. Is it necesarry to all have the same though, if someone wants something else?

Updated his suit slightly with some of the lovely new Jackets, if anyone wants a look at him for inspiration.

The People have spoken! And what they spoke was "Give us freedom!" As such, The Orange Ordeal and The Yellow Gentleman have rerolled to other power choices and now sport Robots and Ninjas respectively. The suits remain however...can't have Cartel characters without snazzy suits. *sniffs* :>

*grins* Unless I'm much mistaken, I think that might give us all of the primaries. Unless the Green General broke the trend and DIDN'T take Mercs.

The Bandit specializing in heists, eh? I reckon anything would work. :) Bots have a certain something... thugs would certainly work. Mercs would be great for a certain theme.

Whatever you fancy, mate!

The Turquoise Temptation will be made once I get a reply from PlayNC :)

And I think I will go with the bots as well. :)

*grins* I was hoping at least one person would stick with thugs, if only because the Bruiser (Tier 3 henchman) powerslides in on a motorbike. :D

Still, if you're not enjoying a toon, can it and re-roll! No point in having less fun than you might otherwise have.
Besides, there's a load of us that are still very much "lowbies", for team-based levelling. Shouldn't take too long, particularly if we're all more or less of an equal standing.
