Quest Run: Angmar

Postby Lirandel » Wed Aug 22, 2007 3:43 pm

As you can see from the title. I am interested in making a quest run in Angmar.

I was thinking on a gathering of Thorns and friends alike.

Those quest at best are hard and the respawns comes pretty fast in the land of the Iron Crown.

So, I am hoping for as many to join, even if we have to make a raid group.

The Run goes down on Sunday the 2nd of September at 18:00 CET.

Sidenote: I am inviting a lot of good players I have met on my journeys as well, you should do the same :)

Sincerely

L

Naturally if we get more than a fellowship we'll have to split into separate ones... a formal raid group will mean that we don't get credit for any of the kill-oriented quests. Having said that... a raid group doesn't need to actually be in a raid to operate effectively. *chuckles* Besides, I've noticed that the Thorn can usually achieve with 3-5 what is recommended for a full 6... *grins*
Could people interested give an idea of what sort of quests they'd be interested in doing? I have a fair few of the earlier ones from Aughaire to shift from my log, but most of them are green to me now, so I could probably do them with just a couple of people if the majority don't need them.
Anyway, a fine idea, and naturally, if I can be there, I will! :)

I'll be there in a backup capacity, if the need arises.

SOunds good, but yeah, actual raid removes quest credit and so it becomes pointless.
