Water Works

Postby Felaion » Tue Jan 18, 2011 3:32 pm

Last night: Me, Kelli and Faradir tried to run the 3-man moria dungeon The Water Works. We never completed it, but kudos to you both since we did get past the seemingly impossible first boss fight! Woo!

In preparation for next time ... I've invested in a shield to be more robust ... while holding the two handed sword I don't even have a block stat ... so my defence is increased quite a lot by picking one up.

Further assistance provided by me dinging level 65! Woot!

Ran the Turtle Raid the other day, which is excellent - I'm piecing together the Blue Moria Set. Hopefully next time we give a 3-man a run, we'll knock 'em dead!

Or if there's enough of us with a Lira, Fela's 'Bit on the Side' as you insist on calling her, and Kelli's friend, we might have enough to give GS a shot. Maybe even HM.

This is old news, by your standards, but it warms the cockles of my heart as I sit out here in deepest, darkest Africa to know that my old compadres are still fighting the good fight!

I'll be home for the summer, and I'm looking forward to kicking a little face in my old stomping ground... especially now it seems that you chaps are still kicking it LotRO-style! :D

It'll be a bit surreal to be the lowbie, though...

Miss you guys!
